Big Pups

German Shepherds pups are born almost entirely black, just the tips of their paws and perhaps their cheeks have a hint of brown color. At eight weeks of age, it is possible to see if a pup will be red/black or if it will be tan/black. It's always a bit of a fun surprise as to what your adult dog will look like because it takes six to nine months before a German Shepard's full colors develop.

The families of your pup's siblings have sent wonderful pictures of their beloved pup, each is about six months of age. I wanted to share these pictures with you so you can imagine how your puppy might look as he or she grows into their adult appearance.
